Good Morning everyone. Today is Father’s Day and two things are true, typically, when it comes to Fathers Day. 1. In the majority of churches across America there is a Father’s Day sermon being preached in a way to brow beat the men and tell them how they are failing and not serving their wives and kids properly. And 2. Here at Refiners Church Pastor Gary doesn’t tend do date or holiday specific sermons for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day. But today I asked to bring this sermon, teaching, word, whatever you want to call it not to condemn or bash but encourage and exhort not only the Fathers/Husbands but also the Mother’s/Wives to lean heavily on the Word of God as to carrying God’s Standard into everything which His legacy.
