Do we truly understand the goodness of God? We know that He is wonderful and Holy, merciful and understanding, but do we understand His goodness? We say He is good, but we fail to recognize His goodness in others, or ourselves. We think His goodness is distant which is why we judge in the absence. Apart from His goodness, we are all under wrath and judgement! Yet more and more we judge others while claiming His goodness for ourselves! How Pharisitical of us!
