Righteousness, which we have by Christ, is not the goal, but rather the process to the goal. We have an upward call in Christ Jesus and righteousness is our path or plan towards success in that goal. So many Christians stand on righteousness as the goal, that we can correlate that with the ineffectiveness of the body! If that is as far as we go, we never go to the next point which is to fulfill that God given call! We need to follow righteousness to our call!
